• Building & Maintaining Friendships: Some children can find the idea of making friendships daunting. We can help develop their confidence in this area alongside maintaining these friendships in a healthy way. 

• Regulate 'big' emotions: Children experience a variety of feelings in a range of scenarios. We can help develop the skills necessary to regulate emotions such as anger, jealousy, nervousness- just like Riley does in Inside Out! 

• Developing confidence: Children can experience feelings of doubt in social situations. We are here to help develop their self-esteem and encourage them to unlock their confidence. 

Playful Pals Social Skills Classes (5-8yrs)

• ​Conflict resolution: It is not unheard of for children to experience conflict in their friendships.  We aim to give children the tools to resolve these conflicts.

• Teamwork/communication: We hope to help children to learn how to engage in teamwork and communicate effectively. These skills will be valuable as children progress throughout primary school and look towards the next step in their academic journey!

• Transitioning to secondary school: The exciting yet daunting change from primary to secondary school can weigh on children's (and parents) minds! Let us help by putting fears at ease and preparing primary children for this change! 

Playful Pals Social Skills Classes (9-12yrs)
